She started composing in middle school, forming a band with a few close friends and writing original songs together. They joined songwriting competitions and won a few along the way! After co-founding a microfilm club with friends in high school, she began scoring short films, an experience that led her into the magic world of film composition, thus going to college to study it.
Her work now spans many genres of film music, pop, hip-hop and choral writing. She has scored numerous student films and collaborated with musicians, arranging songs that have been released on streaming platforms. She has also frequently worked with Taipei Ladies’ Singers (TLS) as an arranger, with her choral works published and performed.
She has been drawn to the incredible way music can carry emotions and enhance stories, how a single motif can evoke beautiful memories of a film long after it's over. She has always admired film composers immensely, the magic in their art fuels her commitment to mastering film scoring. She strives to create music that lingers in people’s minds.
